We have investigated hundreds of buildings with potential and sometimes obvious problems with walls, foundations and/or slabs. We will work as a team with a geotechnical engineer (if soil testing is necessary) to determine the soil conditions underneath the foundation, and ensure your building’s foundation is repaired correctly.

Beware of foundation repair companies providing large repair estimates, as there are good and bad companies in any business. It is always our advice to hire an engineering company (does not have to be us) as YOUR consultant to figure out the specific problem with your building, which in our experience is not always the foundation, and may be a relatively minor issue. Keep in mind our fee is to consult to our client, to provide them with the best engineering advice, and help solve the problem as efficiently as possible.
